- 1/2 lb. sandwich pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. yellow American cheese (thin)
- 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese (thin)
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Roll dough out into an oblong shape.

2Layer pepperoni, American and Provolone cheeses alternately.

3Best if cheeses are layed out first, then pepperoni and then cheeses again.

4Roll up and seal edges.

5Brush with egg white.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
