Ingredients
- 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. thin sliced pepperoni, cut in quarters
- 2 c. shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Roll dough to 12 x 9-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface.

3Combine oregano and garlic powder; mix with olive oil.

4Brush oil mixture lightly on dough, reserving some for top of dough.

5Cover with pepperoni slices, then cheese. Roll up jelly roll style.

6Brush with remaining oil mixture. Pinch seams of dough tightly.

7Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

9Cool at least 15 minutes.

10Cut into 1-inch thick slices.
