- 2 Rhodes frozen bread
- 1 lb. pepperoni, sliced
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions

1Oil or butter bread pans.

2Thaw bread; do not let rise.

3Roll out 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.

4Spread pepperoni over bread dough. Spread cheese over pepperoni; fold over bottom first, then top, then fold ends.

5Let rise 3 to 4 hours.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Let cool.

8Makes 2 loaves.
