Ingredients

  • 425g can tuna, drained
  • 500g sweet potato, peeled, cooked and mashed
  • 5 KRAFT FREE Singles, crumbled Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoons coriander, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
  • extra flour
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT FREE Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce, combined with
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

    Season to taste.

    Shape mixture into twelve patty shapes and roll in extra flour to lightly coat.

    Heat a non-stick frypan, spray lightly with cooking oil.

    Cook the cakes over moderate heat for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

    Combine all ingredients to make the sauce.

    Serve with hot Thai Tuna Cakes.
