- 3 whole Pepperoni Sticks, Deli Style, Hot Or Mild (3 Sticks Should Yield Approximately 2 Cups Chopped)
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Whipping (heavy) Cream
- Parsley Flakes

1Cut the pepperoni sticks into small pieces.

2Add pepperoni pieces to a food processor and pulse until they are completely broken down.

3Add cream cheese and pulse until combined.

4Slowly add the whipping cream and continue to mix until completely combined and smooth.

5Transfer to a serving dish and top with fresh or dried parsley flakes.
