- 3/4 c. milk
- 4 or 5 eggs
- 2 oz. pepperoni, sliced
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place cheese and pepperoni on bottom of an 8-inch pie plate.

3Set aside.

4In a bowl mix eggs, milk and basil.

5Pour into pie plate.

6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

7Makes 6 servings.

8(Replace milk with 1/2% to 1% milk, eggs with Second Nature No Cholesterol Egg Product and cheese with Kraft No Fat cheese for low fat, low cholesterol version.)
