  • 6 to 8 green bell peppers
  • 2 c. cooked corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Cut stems off peppers and remove seeds, then parboil for 2 minutes.

    Combine and fill peppers.

    Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
