- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add the sour cream, egg, sugar, salt and 2/3 cup flour; beat until smooth.

3Stir in enough remaining flour to form soft dough.

4Fold in cheese and pepper.

5Divide dough in half.

6Place in two greased pans.

7Cover; let rise in warm place about 1 hour.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
