  • 8 oz. dry penne pasta or elbow
  • 1 1/2 c. Hormel pepperoni slices
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c. pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/2 c. creamy Italian salad dressing

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions; slice pepperoni into halves or strips.

    In large glass or plastic bowl, combine pasta, pepperoni, artichoke hearts, olives and green onion; add salad dressing, tossing to coat all ingredients.
