  • 12 eggs, hard-cooked and cooled
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white or black pepper
  • 1/2 c. small curd creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • paprika

Directions

    Remove shells from eggs and halve lengthwise.

    Carefully remove yolks and place in small bowl.

    Add mustard, salt, pepper, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and vinegar.

    Refrigerate until serving time.

    Makes 24 deviled eggs.
