- 4 green peppers, cut in half and seeded
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Combine beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.

2Put mixture into peppers.

3Place peppers in pan and pour tomato sauce over each pepper.

4Add approximately 2 cups water to dish.

5Cover tightly and bake in 350°

6oven for 1 1/4 hours.

7I use hot catsup or chili sauce to pour over top of peppers with tomato sauce for added spice.
