Pepsi Cake

Directions

   Combine marshmallows, Pepsi-Cola, margarine and baking cocoa in saucepan.

   Cook over medium heat until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly.

   Combine flour, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla in large mixer bowl; mix well.

   Add marshmallow mixture; beat well.

   Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

   Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done.

   Do not overbake.

   Spread frosting over hot cake.
