- 3 slabs 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lb. baby back ribs
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- granulated garlic to taste
- olive oil spray
- your favorite barbecue sauce
Directions

1Light grill and allow coals to get white hot.

2Lightly spray ribs with olive oil spray on both sides.

3Season ribs on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic and onion.

4Grill ribs on both sides until evenly brown, placing cover on grill after each turning to add smoked flavor to the ribs.

5Place browned ribs in a roasting pan lined with foil.

6You may also use a disposable foil pan.

7Add about 1 1/2 cups of water to ribs and lightly pour or brush on your favorite barbecue sauce over ribs.

8Cover ribs with foil and place in a 325° oven for 1 to 1/2 hours.
