  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • dried cranberries (or cherries) to taste

    ["Trim sprouts and cut a shallow \"x\"" in the stem end of each sprout. Steam for 8 minutes until tender.Drain and rinse in cold water. Cut in quarters and reserve. Whisk honey and mustard together. Melt butter in a pan right before serving
