  • 1 tall glass
  • 1 beer of your choice (I use Modelo)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 cup clamato
  • 1/3 cup chardonnay
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tajin
  • 1 ice (optional)

    Put handful of ice in tall glass

    Pour beer over ice

    Add chardonnay and clamato

    Cut lemon in half so you have 2 quarters of a full lemon.

    Squeeze one into glass.

    Stir.

    Add salt.

    Be careful to not use too much or beer will fizz up.

    Top with tajin and garnish with lemon
