- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Peel and quarter potatoes.

2Place in a pot, cover with water, and boil until tender.

4Mash potatoes, or put in mixer with paddle (my favorite way to do it.
