Perfect Mashed Potatoes

  • 5 lbs potatoes, peeled
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

    Peel and quarter potatoes.

    Place in a pot, cover with water, and boil until tender.

    Mash potatoes, or put in mixer with paddle (my favorite way to do it.
