  • 1- 1/2 pound Hamburger
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 13 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 3 teaspoons Parsley
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil

    Let the hamburger come to almost room temperature, or youll freeze your hands off!

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Shape into 1-inch balls (I use a cookie scoop to measure).

    Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
