- 2 cups basmati rice (white)
- 5 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Wash rice well, put water on to boil with salt.

2Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 10*13 pan.

3Add rice and all other ingredients to boiling water.

4Boil for 10 minutes, take off pan and rinse well under running water.

5Spread rice in roasting pan and place in oven.

6Bake for 10-15 minutes.

7Serve or add any other ingredients.
