- 1 lb. butter (not margarine)
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Add sugar to butter gradually and cream together.

2Add eggs, one at a time, then add cream.

3Add flour gradually, then add vanilla.

4Pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan.

5Drop pan to remove any bubbles.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour until brown and springy.

7Freezes well.
