- 1 lb. butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 whole eggs
- 4 c. cake flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Cream butter; gradually cream in sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

2Add extracts to milk; mix well.

3Add flour alternating with milk, beginning and ending with flour.

4Place batter in greased and floured tube pan.

5Place in cold oven at 325°.

6Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
