Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, boiled
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp green olive juice
  • 1 black pepper
  • 2 tsp sriacha chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil mayo
  • 6 green olives, sliced
  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions

    Boil eggs approximately 10 minutes, cool, peel.

    I get the best results when I add the eggs to the water immediately then start the timer when they begin to boil.

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise and reserve the yolks
  4. 4
    Crush yolks until powdered, I just use my fingers, and mix with all other primary ingredients

    Load yolk mixture into a zip lock bag and clip corner.

    Pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites
  7. 7
    Garnish with olive halves and paprika
