- 2 kg (4.4lbs) tiger prawns
- 200 ml (7fl oz) peri peri sauce
- 50 ml (1.8fl oz) olive oil
- 6 fresh lemon wedges
Directions

1Marinate the whole prawns in peri peri sauce for 12 hours.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Heat oil in frying pan.

4Drain the prawns, reserving the peri peri sauce, and cook in the pan until crispy and pink/red.

5Once they're fairly crispy, pour peri peri sauce over them, to taste.

6Gently simmer until thoroughly cooked.

7Garnish with fresh lemon, serve with savoury rice.
