- 2 pounds chicken wings (or more)
- 1 TBSP Paprika, any
- 1 TBSP Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- 2 tsp dry ground Peri Peri peppers (or cayenne pepper)
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried crushed
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp powdered Ginger
Directions

1Mix dry rub ingredients well and season wings generously.

2Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

3Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.

4Place wings on the grill over the drip pan (be sure and add water to the pan).

5Cook at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes.

6When the juices run clear and the internal temperature of the wings is 170F removed from the grill.

7Remove from the grill and cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

8This recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser.
