- 1 bag bow noodles
- 1 small onion
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. instant mashed potatoes (eliminate the milk or regular mashed potatoes without the milk)
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Cook and drain noodles.

2Slice and fry small onion in melted stick or margarine.

3Add the cheese to the potatoes; cover and let cheese melt in the potatoes.

4In 9 x 13-inch pan, place half of the noodles.

5Add the potatoes and cheese and then top with the rest of the noodles.

6Pour butter and onions over top.

7Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
