Perogie Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag bow noodles
  • 1 small onion
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. instant mashed potatoes (eliminate the milk or regular mashed potatoes without the milk)
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Cook and drain noodles.

    Slice and fry small onion in melted stick or margarine.

    Add the cheese to the potatoes; cover and let cheese melt in the potatoes.

    In 9 x 13-inch pan, place half of the noodles.

    Add the potatoes and cheese and then top with the rest of the noodles.

    Pour butter and onions over top.

    Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
