  • 1 recipe yeast dough
  • 10 potatoes, cooked and mashed with masher (not whipped)
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried (save grease)
  • onion

Directions

    Fry onion in bacon grease.

    Mix all ingredients together. Flatten dough and pinch off piece.

    Put tater mix in and pinch shut.

    Place pinched side down.

    Let rise.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
