- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. candied ginger, minced
- 3/4 c. finely chopped walnut meats
Directions

1Cook rice until tender.

2Drain.

3Mix butter, ginger and nuts; cook slowly for 5 minutes.

4Mix with rice.

5Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350°.
