- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Sift flour and soda together.

2Cream butter and sugar together.

3Add well beaten eggs and combine with flour mixture. Add persimmon pulp and nuts.

4Line pans with greased waxed paper (2 loaf pans).

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
