- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and soda.

2Cream and beat thoroughly the pulp, sugar and eggs.

3Mix in sifted ingredients.

4Add oil.

5Fold in nuts and raisins.

6Bake at 350° in a greased and floured pan for 45 to 50 minutes or until tests done.
