- 1-1/2 lb. Shrimp, cooked
- 1/4 cup Vinegar, white wine
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 2 cups Celery
- 3/4 cup Oil
- 2 tbsp. Water
- 1-1/2 tsp. Ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 cups Carrot
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except shrimp and vegetables.

2Pour half over shrimp and half over the vegetables.

3Marinate for an hour, drain and serve over lettuce or sprouts.
