- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. pitted dates
Directions

1Mix well the sugar, oil and eggs, then add other ingredients. Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee tins.

2Fill each can 1/2 full and bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.

3Let cool before removing from can.
