  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done. Remove from oven and while it is still warm, dust with powdered sugar.
