- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. oil
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done. Remove from oven and while it is still warm, dust with powdered sugar.
