- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Cream together sugar and butter.

2Add egg and continue beating the egg.

3Add persimmon pulp.

4Sift together flour, soda and baking powder.

5Add to mixture.

6Pour into an 8 x 8-inch square pan which has been greased and floured.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
