  • 2 qt. ripe persimmons
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 grated orange rind

Directions

    Cut, core and mash fruit.

    Add other ingredients and cook until thick. Pour into jars and process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.

    Makes 6 (1/2-pint) jars.
