- 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. cloves (optional)
Directions

1Beat all ingredients together with rotary beater.

2Pour into pastry-lined pie pan (9-inches).

3Bake at 425° for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from side of filling comes out clean.

4Center may still look soft, but will set later.
