- 1 1/2 qt. milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 eggs

1Mix eggs and sugar, then the persimmon pulp.

2Alternate the flour and milk. I usually use one can of evaporated milk, diluted. It makes the pudding richer.
