  • 1 pt. persimmon pulp
  • 1 1/2 qt. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 eggs

    Mix eggs and sugar, then the persimmon pulp.

    Alternate the flour and milk. I usually use one can of evaporated milk, diluted. It makes the pudding richer.
