- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/8 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of allspice
Directions

1In mixing bowl, stir baking soda into pulp.

2Add sugar and egg and stir well.

3Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice and beat well. Add milk and melted butter and beat again. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
