  • 2 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 scant c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cream sugar, eggs and pulp together.

    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

    Add melted butter.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°. Leave in pan until cool.

    Cut in squares.
