- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 scant c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cream sugar, eggs and pulp together.

2Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

3Add melted butter.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°. Leave in pan until cool.
