- 2 c. persimmons
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Mix persimmons, sugar and eggs together first.

2Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together; add alternating with milk.

3Mix in the butter last.

4This rises high and falls when cool.

5Bake at 350° until done.
