- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 2 c. sour milk
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. soda
Directions

1Mash persimmons through a colander.

2Add sour milk.

3Add other ingredients in order, blending well.

4Bake in a well buttered baking pan in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until firm.
