- 4 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 4 c. plain flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in pan in oven. Sift together dry ingredients.

2Add eggs and pulp.

3Mix well.

4Pour in melted butter or margarine and mix well.

5Pour into 1 very large pan or 4 small ones.

6Bake at 300° for 1/2 hour or longer.

7Cool in pan. Cut in small squares or rectangles.
