  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (I Use Light)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 6 ounces, weight Canned Crab, Squeezed Dry
  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1 whole Boboli Pizza Crust, 12 Inch
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and salt in a bowl.

    Add the crab and the shredded cheese.

    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 8 hours.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Lightly spray a pizza baking sheet with non-stick spray.

    Place pizza crust on baking sheet, spread crust with crab mixture, and sprinkle top of pizza with the green onions.

    Bake about 10 minutes or until toppings are melted and the crust of pizza is puffed and brown.

    Remove pizza from oven, cut pizza into wedges, and enjoy.
