  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
