- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix persimmon pulp, beaten eggs and milk.

2Sift dry ingredients together, pour liquid mixture into them.

3Stir in melted butter.

4Pour into shallow oiled pan to depth of about 2 inches.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

6When cold, cut into squares and serve plain or with whipped cream.
