  • 3 3/4 c. milk, scalded
  • 6 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Fill bottom of 9-inch crust with berries.

    Stir heated milk into egg mixture and put into pie immediately.

    Preheat oven to 475°.

    Bake for 5 minutes, then at 425° for 10 minutes.
