- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. melted oleo
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1After mixing ingredients, pour pudding into a greased 9 x 15-inch pan or baking dish.

2Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until firm.

3Let cool.

4Cut into 2 x 2-inch squares to serve.
