- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 c. flour (plain)
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. allspice
Directions

1Wash persimmons; put through sieve to remove seeds.

2Combine persimmon pulp, eggs, sugar, milk and butter in large bowl.

3Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.

4Grease pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch).

5Pour batter into pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm to touch.
