Persimmon Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 c. sugar (white)
  • 24 graham crackers, crushed
  • 14 large marshmallows, cut into quarters or miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. nuts (I use 3 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter)

Directions

    Mix together; roll in graham cracker crumbs.

    I crush a few more than 24.

    Chill.

    Slice and serve with whipped cream or you can eat it plain.
