- 6 sprigs of flat leaf parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. pine nuts, walnuts, or almonds, toasted
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Reggiano Parmesan
Directions

1Place the basil in a food processor. Add oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and nuts. Process until everything is chopped very fine. Add grated cheese and stir.
