Pesto Mashed Potatoes

- 2 12 lbs baking potatoes
- 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
- 12 cup sour cream
- 13 cup pesto sauce, your favorite store bought
- salt
- white pepper
Directions

1Peel and chop potatoes.

2Place in large pot and fill with cold water until potatoes are just covered.

3Bring to a boil and cook until tender (approx 15-20 minutes) until fork tender, drain, completely.

4Transfer potatoes to a large bowl and start to mash.

5Stir in butter, sour cream and pesto sauce.

6Season with salt and white pepper.

7Serve warm.
