Ingredients

  • 200 grams chocolate morcels (i use bunnies and eggs leftovers from easter )
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

    place a medium sauce pan with water in the stove

    inside of the medium pan place a smaller one with the chocolate and the butter
  3. 3
    stir until melts
  4. 4
    add the yolks one by one and stir continually
  5. 5
    add the sugar stir well and take from the heat
  6. 6
    beat the whites until fluffy and double in volume
  7. 7
    add the withes to the chocolate mixture and mix slowly and carefully (to not lose the nice volume )
  8. 8
    take to fridge 4hours before serve
